Parents of a elementary student in North Carolina are upset about an injury that there son received while at school. The parents are very upset at a teacher involved, and are demanding that the school district take action.
The incident occurred during gym class, when the gym teacher reportedly threw a dodge-ball at a student. The ball hit the student in the groin, and the kid immediately fail to the ground crying. The parents allege that the teacher then mocked the student while on the ground.
The parents claim that they have had to take their son to the emergency room twice in the week that the accident occurred. An investigation in to the incident is in progress.
